Pin-it Pastry has been a manufacturer of pastry for over 38 years based at Bridgend, South Wales. We specialise in bespoke pastry shapes production including a wide range of sheets, blocks, and pre-cut shapes with various recipes; standard puff, all butter, butter enriched and shortcrust. We also produce a range of hand held snacks.

The process of our pastry is a blend of the finest ingredients through a continuous mixing and laminating system into consistent quality billets of pastry for further processing through shape cutting lines. The bespoke, cut to size pastry shapes give the customer the component for ease of manufacture and cuts down on waste and labour. These products are produced for the wholesale and the industrial manufacturing sectors.
